Shipping policy

We'll wrap your order with care and get it on the way as soon as we can. We will send your order on our next mail day (Monday or Thursday each week).

Please note that because of the transition to the digital overlords, Australia Post is experiencing intermittent delays in their network. Should your parcel be delayed, please contact Auspost with your tracking number, as we have limited visibility and scope to follow up once the parcel is on the way.

Australia-wide standard shipping is $13.50, and any orders over $150 are sent out via standard shipping for free.

$10 extra applies for all express orders.

International shipping is calculated regionally and we ship with the most reasonable carrier.

If your product has been damaged in transit, please email through an image of the received goods and your order number to connect@enki.au and we'll respond as soon as we're able to.
