Shipping policy

We'll wrap your order with care and get it on the way as soon as we can. We will send your order on our next mail day (Monday or Thursday each week).

Please note that because of the transition to the digital overlords, Australia Post is experiencing intermittent delays in their network. Should your parcel be delayed, please contact Auspost with your tracking number, as we have limited visibility and scope to follow up once the parcel is on the way.

International Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be assessed by the destination country's customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, and fees required for customs clearance. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, or destruction of the shipment by customs authorities or the carrier.

If an order is returned, refused, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with local import requirements, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, storage fees, or other expenses incurred from any refund issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for customs clearance delays, import restrictions, or any additional costs imposed by customs authorities or carriers.
